Ron Kronengold has a vast and diverse professional background. He is an attorney with an MBA and has worked in several aspects of real estate including commercial ownership, management, and drafting contracts and leases. Ron specializes in national net leases and industrial properties as well as large shopping and smaller strip centers. Examples of his recent transactions include a +/-7 acre industrial redevelopment deal in the Hauppauge Innovation Park for $21,000,000., a +/- 33 acre industrial development in Middletown, NY,  a CVS NNN deal in the MidAtlantic, and an industrial lease deal in Eastern Nassau County.  

Prior to joining Select, Ron was a project manager for a national cellular retailer whose duties included identifying and locating approved retail locations, negotiating and executing leases and supervising store construction. Ron also owned and operated a U.S. apparel manufacturing plant with over 300 employees while also importing a large array of apparel from Asia.

Ron lives in Nassau County with his wife and is immensely proud of his three grown children and three wonderful grandchildren.
